The vestry is equivalent to the "board of directors" for Christ Church. The nine Vestry members are elected to staggered three-year terms by the parish. The two wardens, who are elected to two-year terms, are the chief lay leaders of the parish who work closely with the rector. Three Diocesan delegates also serve two-year terms, and are elected by the parish. The treasurer and clerk are appointed by the vestry.
